A little bit about me. . . .
My name is Lina Horner and I am a Realtor with RE/MAX House of Real Estate. My slogan is ‘Fresh Approach to Real Estate’ and my motto is ‘keep people informed’. If you put these two things together you are sure to find innovation to meet my future clientele and earn people’s business.
As for McKenzie Lake . . . I love many neighborhoods in Calgary and all for different reasons but McKenzie Lake is one of my favorites and I will tell you why. There is more to McKenzie Lake than its beautiful houses, great lake, views from the ridge and all of this right next to Fish Creek Park. While that in itself will sell McKenzie Lake to anyone it goes deeper.
One day I was driving to pick up a client in McKenzie Lake and there were detours and I had to sit at a stop sign for a bit longer than usual. Now it is what happened next that made me fall in love with McKenzie Lake . . . a parade of kids on their bikes (decorated of course) paraded by me as proud as could be. This quickly brought me back to days of dressing my own bike. What is happening I thought?
Well my clients were quick to introduce me to the McKenzie Lake tradition of McKenzie Frenzie. It really brings the community together and celebrates a community lifestyle that is often overlooked these days. It was then that I decided that McKenzie Lake has an appeal that crosses over just the design of its houses it represents a lifestyle that many can relate to.
I look forward to working with people moving too and from McKenzie Lake.
